We all want to be healthy—slim down, shape up, eat right—but somehow, other priorities too often get in the way. PAWS (Promoting Active Wellness Sustainability) is here to help you attain your lifestyle goals.

Each calendar year, College employees and students compete among each other during the annual Walking Challenge. Click here for more info!
Health and Benefits Fair
The Health and Benefits is open to employees and students of ÑÇÖÞÇéÉ«. It is held once per calendar year in the HUB. College clubs or organizations as well as local Wellness advocates and College benefit carriers all gather in the HUB to provide free wellness screenings, massages, flu shots, wellness information and more! This event is in coordination with the University's Health Center.
Blood Drives
ÑÇÖÞÇéÉ« hosts blood drives throughout the academic year. Typically, one is held during Heritage Day in addition to more.

Fitness Classes
Fitness classes are held on ÑÇÖÞÇéÉ«'s campus for a nominal fee to employees of the University and at an extreme discount to students!
Tail on the Trail
St. Luke’s University Health Network and Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor (D&L) have partnered to bring the community a family fun initiative — Get Your Tail on the Trail! Here's how to participate:
- Log at least 165 miles between the time you register and November 1st to win prizes.
- Log miles as you walk, run, bike, or paddle.
- There are scheduled challenges and events but they are not required.
You may use many locations in addition to the D&L trail – any miles anywhere you exercise can be logged, even those on cardio equipment at the gym.
Get Started:
- Go to and click “Sign up as an individual"
- Complete the sign-up form. In the Employer drop down, select ÑÇÖÞÇéÉ«. You are now ready to log in!
- Once logged in, you can see your current dashboard information and log your activity.
- Scroll down to log activity every time you exercise.
If you log enough miles to meet the goal, you will receive a prize after the challenge is complete!
